Product Introduction
GDPC-4 is the first generation of PCE production module present by JSB technology Co., Ltd. Design for PCE mother liquid plant and compound plant. The equipment has compact structure, easy to move and using, safe and reliable, with separate metering system, mixing system, feeding system, controlling system and titration system. Stirring effect is good while production efficiency is high, easy to maintain, it is a very practical PCE mother liquid production equipment.

Features:
1. Lower feeding inlet: no need for high-platform, and operating on the ground ,reducing working intensity
2. Small space occupation: covers an area of only 7 m2, 2.7 m height, reducing the height requirements of plant
3. In-built high precision sensor: the module equipped with load cells at the bottom of platform, materials are measured separately, accurate and fast feeding will be achieved.
4. Equipped with reducer: mixing system select with worm horizontal reducer, advanced structure, smooth operation, 316L stainless steel thicker mixing paddle bring efficiency and low noise.
5. Easy moving: the whole weight is only 1.5 tons, can be carried by a forklift easily, no need for additional installation, and production is available as soon as placing equipment.
6. Advanced titration equipment: the module equipped with peristaltic pump which widely used in the pharmaceutical industry, with stable and accurate trait
7. Short synthetic process time: 5 tons of PCE mother liquid just need 4 hours, and can be continuously produced.
